I have and will always do what's best for the team. Yu don't have to like my direction but yu have to follow my lead. It's your responsibility to keep up and it is my responsibility to lead. If yu don't trust me, the whole team will fall apart. If yu don't like the way I do things, yu should let me know. But like me or not, I will put us where we should be, I promise yu that. And if I ever let the team fracture, I deserve to be replaced. But until then, I need your hearts to be in it.
